For SaaS sales teams of 20 to 80 people

A CRM your sales team trusts again, fixed in two weeks

Duplicates, missed follow-ups, a pipeline in a spreadsheet, workflows nobody understands. We fix the one that costs you most, first.

Four problems that grow when nobody owns the CRM

Most teams we speak to have all four. We fix one at a time, so you see the result before you decide on the next one.

Problem one

The same company is in there four times

Two reps email the same person in one week. Your reports count one customer as three. Nobody trusts a list enough to send to it.

  • What we do in two weeks
  • Merge duplicate contacts and companies
  • Give every contact an owner and a stage
  • Write down the rules, so new duplicates get caught
Problem two

Leads go quiet and nobody follows up

After a demo, follow-up depends on who remembers. A prospect who does not reply once is never contacted again.

  • What we do in two weeks
  • Build three sequences: after a demo, after no reply, after a lost deal
  • Write the emails with you, in your voice
  • Switch them on and check the first sends together
Problem three

The real pipeline lives in a spreadsheet

The forecast is whatever is in the sheet this week. The CRM shows half the deals, so nobody opens it before a pipeline meeting.

  • What we do in two weeks
  • Move every open deal into the CRM
  • Give each deal a stage, owner, amount and close date
  • Set up the pipeline view your team uses in the weekly meeting
Problem four

Workflows nobody dares to switch off

Someone who has left built them. They still send emails and change fields, and nobody knows which ones matter.

  • What we do in two weeks
  • Write down what every workflow does, in plain English
  • Switch off the ones you do not need, with your sign-off
  • Hand over a one-page handbook your team can keep

Paid for finished work, not for licences

Nothing changes until you have signed the fix list.

  1. A 30-minute check

    On a screen-share

You share your screen and we look together. We tell you what we would fix first and how long it takes. If it is not worth doing, we say so.

  2. A written fix list

    Before any work

A short list of exactly what will change, with a fixed fee. We start read-only, and nothing is touched until you sign it.

  3. Fixed, then checked by you

    Two weeks

We do the work and you check it against the list. Half is paid at the start, half after your check. If it is not done, you do not pay the second half.

Questions before you book

Which CRMs do you work with?

The CRMs SaaS sales teams commonly use. Tell us which one you have at the start of the call, and we will tell you straight away if we can help.

What access do you need?

None for the first call, because you share your screen. After you sign the fix list, we need one user account, which you can switch off at any time.

Do you sell CRM licences?

No. We earn no commission from any CRM vendor, so if your current plan does the job, we say so.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee for the job, agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing and no extra invoice at the end.

What if the job takes longer than two weeks?

We tell you on the first call. A large migration, for example one tied to your billing system, is split into parts, and you decide if the next part is worth it.

What happens after the two weeks?

You keep everything we made. If you want help with the next problem, or with running the CRM every week, we can talk about it then. There is no contract that renews on its own.
